It's no secret that exercise is good for physical and mental health. But learning to push your physical boundaries and maintaining long-term discipline are valuable transferrable skills that will rub off when pursuing other personal and professional goals.

Maybe you enjoy exercise and the physical and mental benefits it brings, but your busy job leaves you no time to plan what to do and when - so you stay on the hamster wheel, doing the same exercises over and over, making no progress.

I learnt to do things myself and it took forever until I got my routine and technique dialled in.

Now my clients can go from 0-100kg deadlifts in 10 months.

What's included in my online training package?

> Initial consultation: 

We'll talk about your ambitions, your previous fitness experience, and your body's abilities - as well as any limitations to training, such as injuries or work/family commitments.

> Tailored programming:

I'll create a bespoke, structured plan for you - taking into account everything discussed in your initial consultation - and give you detailed guidance for any new skills you haven't come across before. 

> Progress tracking:

Now it's over to you to put the plan into action. We'll both be able to follow your progress on the training app - so you have a concrete record to help keep you accountable and disciplined.

> Feedback and support:

I'll give detailed feedback to help fine-tune your technique, so you'll be equipped with the skills you need to progress your exercises safely and confidently.

> Regular personal check-ins:

We'll catch up at regular intervals to see how you're progressing and go over any issues you're having with the programme. We'll adapt the programme as you go to make sure it's of maximum benefit to you.
